We often have requests from organizations to see if they can hire directly from our pool of qualified candidates.  We think we’ve found a way!

Direct Hire allows the A to Z team to meet with your organization to review a job description and prioritize characteristics needed for success.  Then, our team will dive into our pool of candidates and bring forward a variety of candidates for your review.  We will participate in a video interview and support with reference checks for a quick and easy hire.

This process works well for non-management roles in operations, development, HR, or IT.  It is quick and efficient as the recruiting is done within our database quickly and efficiently.  Our team will let clients know if sufficient candidates are in our database to conduct an equitable review and shorten your hiring time by 3-6 weeks.
