What kinds of positions do you offer?

We hire for temporary, interim, and fractional roles across nonprofits and benefit corporations–from admin support to executive leadership.

Are the positions remote or in person?

Both! Many roles are remote or hybrid, depending on the organization’s setup.

How many hours can I expect?

Assignments range from 10 to 35 hours per week, depending on the project and your availability.

Will I be an employee or contractor?

You’ll be a W2n employee of A to Z Staffing, not an independent contractor. That means we handle payroll, HR, and benefits.

How long do placements last?

Temporary roles may last a few weeks to several months. Interim and fractional roles tend to be longer–typically three months or more.

Can temporary work lead to long-term opportunities?

Sometimes! Many of our candidates build lasting relationships with organizations and are invited to return for future projects or even permanent roles.

Do I need prior nonprofit experience?

Nonprofit experience is helpful but not always required. A commitment to purpose-driven work and flexibility are key.
